Productive mobile apps for Summer
Productive mobile apps to take your mind off your collegues Summer holiday plans
We’ve entered the traditional, British Summer. As the gloomy weather looms over us, you’ll start to notice the seats emptying around you. Yes it’s holiday season, which means your colleagues will be queuing up and readying for their trips abroad. Now, to avoid those unproductive or jealous thoughts (we all have), we’ll top up last weeks posts and recommend some more productive mobile apps to limit those summer distractions.
We asked our Account Managers what their 5 favourite mobile apps were:
Creating an online notepad
Using POP, allows you to quickly take a snapshot of your messy handwriting, then crafting it into a series of photographs creating your seamless workflow. Don’t forget to sync up with Google Drive, to keep your ideas backed up and ready for rainy day. Available on Appstore & Playstore.
Remember you’ve finished already
Do you ever get to your office in morning & start working on what’s already been completed? If so, Idonethis would be perfect. It presents an opportunity for you to send an email each evening with the list of completed daily tasks, ensuring you don’t overlap tomorrow.
Sorting your life out — Emails
Keeping a close watch on emails & responding as quickly as possible is important to us at Crown Gas & Power. Therefore, in order to manage and filter emails; we use numerous email management mobile apps. However, today we’ll recommend the Outlook app, which simply allows you to organise and act on your emails, quickly.
Avoid cheesy, chart music
Now to remain focused on your goals, change your music listening habits. If you’re on a tight deadline, don’t be afraid to put your headphones in, block out outside noise and concentrate. Therefore, one of the musical mobile apps, we’d recommend is Focus@Will, which only plays music that can instill innovation.
Control your workflow
If you spend a lot of time travelling multi-nationally. Our Account Managers have recommended Workflow. There are a number of mobile apps that operate as personal assistants. However, without huge investment, it can be difficult to source the best application. With workflow you’re able to instruct your phone to perform certain actions, from sending emails, creating reminders and even requesting an Uber.
