Jackson, one of our TPI Account Managers, started as an apprentice and has gained valuable experience managing our core product & a team of new Account Managers.

Read Heidi's StoryCustomer Relations Adviser, Heidi began life at Crown as an apprentice. Since then she has learnt from all Operations and Compliance teams whilst developing within her career in Operations. Heidi joined our team in 2013 at the age of 16. Her first position within Crown Gas & Power was SPA administrator and has had the opportunity to obtain valuable experience within the energy industry and across all teams; from accounts and metering to customer service and sales.
We want to develop young professionals throughout all teams within our organisation from sales to operations to finance. Our Assistant Accountant; Tom Corcoran started in 2013 as an Apprentice within the Accounting & Finance team.
Read Tom's StoryWorking within the Crown Group has broadened Tom’s accountancy career opportunities. Now our Assistant Accountant, Tom joined the Crown Group as an apprentice in 2013 at the age of 16. He started as a Purchase Ledger Clerk within the Accounts team at our founding company Crown Oil. In early 2015 he joined our growing team at Crown Gas & Power to progress his career within accountancy.
For me, Crown is all about the people. Colleagues quickly become friends and make work a happy place to be.
