CORONAVIRUS CONTINGENCY PLANNING AT CROWN GAS & POWER

DATE PUBLISHED: 17TH MARCH 2020

In these unprecedented times, Crown Gas & Power anticipates a high risk that our offices may be forced to close at some point over the coming months. To safeguard our staff and our services, we have initiated a pre-emptive business continuity plan.

This means that whilst our offices currently remain open as usual, there are now a number of our staff who are temporarily working from home. This home working commenced last week.

You can still reach all our staff by email in the usual way. Calls are being diverted to mobile telephone numbers (where appropriate) meaning our normal office telephone numbers and direct dials will remain in operation.

We are monitoring developments in the pandemic closely and following government guidelines. We anticipate either expanding or retracting home working depending upon changes to government guidelines and the perceived risk to our staff and services.

We wish you well during these unprecedented times and please do not hesitate to contact us with questions.

Thank you
