Once you’ve switched to Crown Gas and Power you’ll receive our Welcome Pack which includes an AMR Application Form; simply complete this and return it to us. Alternatively, get in touch with our team on 0161 762 7744 for more information.
Once we receive your contact details we will pass these onto our AMR Service Provider.
Our AMR Service provider will contact you to arrange a convenient time to visit your premise and install an AMR. Older meters may need to be exchanged so that they can support AMR technology.
Our AMR Service Provider will let you know whether or not we need to turn your gas off for the works to be carried out. If we do need to turn your gas off, we will work with you to keep disruption to a minimum.
Once the AMR installation is completed we will receive your meter readings within a couple of days. You will be able to view your consumption within our online portals.
