What are the customer portal benefits?

Customer Portal Benefits:
• Submit meter reads
• Add additional portal users
• View monthly and annual usage for single or multiple sites
• Request an advanced meter reader
• Compare sites or usage over a time period flexible to you.

What are the portal benefits for energy consultants?

Energy Consultant Portal Benefits:
• View and download important documents
• Updated list of new, expiring & live accounts
• View your clients’ consumption history
• Extra security when signing in
• Assign different roles
• See commision rates on all contracts

How do I get access to my portal account?

Once you have switched to Crown Gas & Power, our customer relations team will send you your account details so you will be able to log in and view your gas consumption, account balance and view your invoices. Just get in touch on 0161 762 7744 or email hello@crowngas.co.uk

How do I export invoices and statements to my office computer?

In the top right corner, you will see the export icon. Click the button and you will be able to download the files in PDF format or CSV file.

Where can I view my current account balance?

Your customer account can be viewed online via our customer portal. You can view your sites balance and export your data to your own system. If you have any issues or questions, you can contact our credit control team on 0161 762 7744.

Can I make a payment through my customer portal?

Unfortunately, not at the moment. However; our technical team are working on improved ways for you to manage your energy account with us. Find out more about the benefits of our customer portal here.
