What are the portal benefits for energy consultants?

Energy Consultant Portal Benefits:
• View and download important documents
• An updated list of new, expiring & live accounts
• View your clients’ consumption history
• Extra security when signing in
• Assign different roles
• See commission rates on all contracts

How do I get access to my portal account?

You can access the portal via the website, by creating an account and contacting customer service to have your accounts linked.  Alternatively, contact hello@crowngas.co.uk or call us on 0161 762 7744

How do I export invoices and statements to my office computer?

In the top right corner, you will see the export icon. Click the button and you will be able to download the files in PDF format or CSV file.

Where can I view my current account balance?

Your customer account can be viewed online via our customer portal. You can view your sites balance and export your data to your own system. If you have any issues or questions, you can contact our credit control team on 0161 762 7744.

Can I make a payment through my customer portal?

You can make payments through the customer portal, a ‘pay balance’ button is displayed within the account page of the portal, allowing you to both pay in full and selected invoices.

Who supplies my business gas?
