I am currently the Billing and Credit Control Manager here at Crown Gas & Power.
Since starting at Crown Gas & Power, almost 13 years ago, I have held several roles. Each role has moulded me for the position I have today, managing the Billing and Credit teams, equipping them with everything they need to be the best teams they can be.
It’s been great to see the business grow to what it is now and see the team ethics flourish, I can’t wait to see what the future holds.
It’s hard to choose a singular woman, but I can easily say every single woman in the office inspires me – each time I come into work, I know I’m going to be surrounded by the most inspirational women, ones that push themselves to be the best they can be, whether that be at work, home, or both.
We all support each other, through the highs and the lows. The diversity we have throughout the office helps Crown Gas & Power to be all it is.

I’m not one to lead my life by inspiration quotes, but I feel sometimes the best way to move forward is to keep it simple. If you have the basics of who you are and your beliefs, you can’t stray too far from the path you create for yourself.
I’ve had a lot of career highlights so far, each one of them has supported me to get to the stage I’m at today.
The standout highlight for me is moving from Credit Control Team Leader to becoming Manager, the company supported me through every progression and to now have my own teams working with me, who are willing to do what they need to make sure the job gets completed, I couldn’t be prouder.
The commitment and support of everyone in the business is commendable.
