The role

Crown Gas & Power is looking for an IT Support Analyst to join its busy and thriving Change and Technology team. The successful candidate will work in a rewarding and challenging environment ensuring our business can continue to provide a first-class class customer service to its customers.

Reporting into the Systems and Network Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and advice to users across the business and will also be responsible for carrying out Server maintenance activities. The new team member will also be given the opportunity to work on exciting projects and developments within the business.


  • Provide technical support in relation to desktop and software issues ensuring users receive a prompt and responsive service whilst making sure all stakeholders are kept fully up to date with their calls
  • Required to setup and configure desktop devices, laptops, tablets, and smartphones
  • Providing an accurate and complete log of work requests for jobs received by email, self-service or telephone, ensuring the system is updated on a regular basis
  • Required to carry and move equipment including desktop machines and keep asset register up to date


  • Essential:
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows (Windows 10 and Windows Server) and Microsoft Office
  • Desirable:
    • Knowledge of IT networking technology
    • Knowledge of ITIL
