The role

Crown Gas & Power has become one of the UK’s leading B2B gas suppliers. We are now looking to make the same impact in the electricity (Power) market. To do this we are seeking a bright, enthusiastic Junior Account Manager to join our team and become part of an exciting new direction for us.

This role joins a small but fast-growing area of the business. You will play a pivotal part of supporting the launch of our electricity products through Third Party Intermediary (TPI) market and provide valuable ongoing feedback to business leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Production of sales quotations and paperwork
  • Manipulation of Half Hourly Data
  • Credit checking customers and contract creation
  • Develop strong relationships with TPIs
  • Support the launch of new products and services
  • Work alongside gas Account Managers to obtain a broad understanding of the business
  • Support back-office in providing aftersales support and customer care
